JAGADISH NAIK WELCOMES YOU

RESEARCH

He has completed Ph.D. from Department of Physics, Mangalore University, Mangalore, Karnataka, India. His PhD  is based on Preparation and characterization of polymer nano-composites. His research focuses on fundamentals of variations in structural and physical properties of particulate filled polymers for wide range of technical applications. He is currently interested in designing multi-functional polymers to promote ion/proton transport with improved mechanical properties for storage/conversion applications. He has several publications and presentations in international and national journals, conferences, symposiums.

EXPERIENCE

He has 5 years of valuable teaching experience. He thought  Physics for under graduate courses. he worked as a physics lecturrer  in  Gokhale Centenary College, Ankola (2009-12), Govt. First Grade College, Dharwad (2017-18), Karnatak Science College, Dharwad (2018-19).

Along with this he also worked as a Project Fellow at Department of Physics, Mangalore University under the project sanctioned from DST-SERB Fast track major research project  during 2013-17.

He also worked as a organizing committee member for  several  conferences  like National level organizing committee member for the National Level Symposium on Today’s Techniques in Engineering Materials organized by Department of PG Studies and Research in Physics, University college of Science, Tumukur University, Tumkuru on 29th March 2019 and Technical committee member for the 2020 International Conference on Frontiers of Nano-materials and Nanotechnology (NanoMT 2020) which will be held on 10–12 January in Athens, Greece.

He reviewed for articles of Book Chapters, Conferences and journals
